Digital Delivery

Our eLearning products are available for download immediately after purchase. Products are packaged in a single universally compatible ZIP file archive.

Printable materials are delivered in PDF format. If you need a PDF reader, Adobe Reader is free to download.

Note the file size of the eLearning product before placing your order. Most downloads should complete in under 10 minutes but times will vary depending on your Internet connection.

Personal Backups

Ensure that you keep a safe backup of the digital product after downloading.

You are authorized to make unlimited digital backups of your purchased product for personal use. Please share with your friends and family as well!

But we do ask that you keep copies within a single household or classroom. We depend on the honest actions of our customers to continue the funding needed in accomplishing our goal - providing effective and satisfying eLearning products at an affordable price.

Refund Policy

We put great care into developing effective and satisfying eLearning products. If you find a technical error with one of our products, please notify us of the issue and we'll make every effort to correct the error and deliver a fix within 48 hours.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Expect to receive your refund within two weeks of completing the request - but usually you'll receive a refund much quicker.

If you need to request a refund, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the request.

After a refund has been completed, we do ask that you destroy all copies you've made of the product. These honest actions enable us to keep copy-protection and other obtrusive technologies out of the digital products we develop.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to ensuring your privacy. Information collected on our site is for order processing  and customer support only. The billing and shipping details we collect allow us to process and fulfill your order and notify you of order changes or updates. When subscribing to our newsletter, we ask for your name and email address - this information is not shared or sold to any other parties.

Our secure server is used for collecting billing and shipping details. An SSL certificate issued by Geotrust, a world leader in SSL products, protects your information while being transmitted from your computer to our server.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may however release information when it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or protect the rights, property or safety of Hoot Help LLC, our users, or others.
